My experience with SUNDEK has been nothing but top-notch! When I had my initial consultation with John, he was very enthusiastic and got me very excited about the project. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to choose what would look best in my backyard. The team that came and did the project over almost 4 days did a FANTASTIC job! Huge shout out to Eloy, Giovanni and Lionel. Those guys worked so hard and they transformed my patio and pool deck. I am constantly looking out my back windows in awe. Thank you SUNDEK team!

Beyond my wildest expectations! Sundek did an AMAZING job from start to finish. Our sales manager, Rob stayed in constant communication, visited the site frequently and completed a thorough walk-thru at completion! Real kuddos go to the installation team! Eloy and his crew were prompt, respectful, clean, and true professionals. Sometimes working 13-hour days, HAND PAINTING each stone with a variety of colors and textures! We just had our pool deck resurfaced by Sundek artisans. Miguel, Victor and Jesus were amazing!! What extremely hard-working, focused and responsible men. They were thorough in completing each stage of the process – preparing the deck for the various phases of resurfacing: protecting surrounding areas of the deck, treating cracks, applying the base coat, texturing, applying colors, sealing the finished surface, and clean-up. We were extremely pleased with their dedication and attention to each phase as well as checking with us to see if we had any concerns to be addressed prior to moving on to the next phase. They were careful to double check for any areas still needing attention and they were meticulous in cleaning-up before leaving. We highly recommend Sundek and this very qualified team for anyone considering resurfacing a pool deck or other concrete surface.

Sundek of Washington did an outstanding job on resurfacing our pool deck. They had to grind down the old one, re-slope it to carry water, then put several layers of concrete down, and added colors, grout, and caulk. The two individuals who did the work, Juan and Brian, were exceptional. They worked from 7 am to 6 pm most days. They took great care and did so much by hand it was amazing. When one area had coloring that wasn't quite what we thought, they quickly removed the stain and did the area again. They are really professional, courteous, and again, hardworking. We would not hesitate to recommend Sundek of Washington for your project.

SunDek is absolutely a top notch concrete coating contractor. They had approximately 2,250 square feet of existing concrete to resurface, coat and apply their SunDek coating. Quite an extensive area of 12 different areas. Their work from start to finish was absolutely stellar, their attention to detail, and level of service displayed was truly refreshing. Unequivocally- I'd give them 7 (out of 5) stars since they were that good.

I had used two prior general contractor services to waterproof and coat my terrace; in both cases the work failed (coating bubbled up, water collected underneath, surface failed). I contracted with Sundek after doing some research. What a pleasure using a company whose specialty is just what I needed. They had a superior solution. The sales rep, JR, is a great guy and very responsive. Their installation crew was professional, friendly and clean. I'm very pleased.
